You will enjoy a terrific tasting of five different types of wine, accompanied by a selection of salami and cheese: ham, Tuscan salami, finocchiona (a typical salami flavoured with fennel seeds), wild boar salami crostino with lard, head cheese, pecorino cheese (sheep cheese) with “Balsamic vinegar”, caprino (fresh goat cheese) with farm jellies, pizza focaccia.
